The club is open to any student, ranging from novice developers who are just starting, to advanced developers who want to further their skills.

In general, GDSC leaders are focused on the following areas:
Start a club - Work with your university to start a student club. Select a core team and faculty advisor to support.
Host workshops - Grow student knowledge on developer products and platforms through hands-on workshops.
Build projects - Identify local partners to work with and lead project building activities.

There are a number of benefits to leading a GDSC chapter, but here are a few that stand out:
Professional growth - Access to community management training and technical knowledge to help you be a stronger leader, and receive invitations to select Google events.
Network growth - Access to a global network of student leaders, professional community organizers, industry experts, and Googlers to gain mentorship and share knowledge.

We often have hands-on session every Saturday & Sunday . We also hold workshops and showcases & we would recommend you to join our community on whatsapp to get updates.

Visit the GDSC website, register for the event, and follow their guidelines for participation. Once registered, attend the event at the specified time and engage with the community activities.

We recommend you carry with you a notebook, pen and a laptop because more often than not we get our hands dirty with code. Most importantly, bring along a healthy dose of curiosity and enthusiasm.
